SISU HYROX RELAY
Team of 4 Max 2 males per team
Full stations. Full distance. All effort.
Each team of four will tackle the full HYROX course, splitting the running and workouts between them.
Expect all 8 stations, full intensity, and the same relentless standards as race day.
We’re using mixed HYROX weights, so strategy matters.
This is your chance to push hard, test your fitness, and show up for your team.
