Ceci est la 7ème édition du French Throwdown sponsored by Reebok.
L'année dernière 3000 athlètes se sont défiés afin de découvrir l'homme et la femme les plus fit de France. Cette année la compétition pour le French Throwdown 2018 sera encore plus rude.

Vous devrez avoir l'âge requis au 19 Avril 2018.
Lors des qualifications, veillez à bien respecter les standards de chaque catégorie.
Lors de la soumission des scores, veillez à respecter les standards vidéos (Possibilité de voir tous les mouvements, Possibilité de voir le temps au début et à la fin, annonce du nom de l'athlète/équipe, de l'épreuve, de la catégorie, filmer les charges barres/équipements si besoin)
- Qualifications Individuel: Les qualifications auront lieu sur 2 semaines à raison de 2 wods par semaine.
19/04/2018 : Annonce du Wod 1 et 2 à 20h Heure Française
24/04/2018 : Soumettre les scores du Wod 1 et 2 avant 20h Heure Française
26/04/2018 : Annonce du Wod 3 et 4 à 20h Heure Française
01/05/2018 : Soumettre les scores du Wod 3 et 4 avant 20h Heure Française
Pour les individuels, Il y aura donc 4 Wods de qualification au total sur 2 semaines. Si l’athlète souhaite avoir la possibilité de participer à la finale, il devra fournir un lien vidéo accompagnant ses scores afin de les certifier.
Au terme des 2 semaines, nous annoncerons les qualifiés. La finale se déroulera le 22, 23 et 24 Juin 2018 à Paris, France
- Qualifications Equipe : Les qualifications auront lieu sur 1 semaine du 7 au 14 Mai. Les équipes sont constitués soit de 3 hommes, soit de 3 femmes.

14/05/2018 : Soumettre les scores de tous les wods avant 20h Heure Française
Pour les équipes, Il y aura plusieurs wods à effectuer sur une semaine. Le capitaine de l’équipe sera responsable de la soumission des scores et des vidéos.
Au terme de la semaine, nous annoncerons les qualifiés. La finale se déroulera le 22, 23 et 24 Juin 2018 à Paris, France.
Les équipes peuvent être composées de personnes ne s’entrainant pas ensemble. Vous ne devrez pas nécessairement être ensemble au moment des qualifications.
Une fois les qualifiés annoncés, ceci recevront un email et devront s'inscrire pour la finale du FTD.
Afin de réserver sa place et de garantir sa venue, l'inscription à la finale sera de:
20 € pour les individuels
50€ pour les équipes.

This is the 7th Edition of the French Throwdown sponsored by Reebok. Last year 3000 athletes battled it out to discover who were the fittest men and women in 2018. This year the competition will be even tougher.
- Registration: Registration will open on the 1st of december.

-Individual Elite / RX
-Individual Intermediate
-Scaled (online only)
-Teams Elite / RX (3 Men or 3 Women)
-Teens 16-18yo
-Masters 35-39
-Masters 39-44
-Masters 45+
-Masters 50+ (online only)
You will need to have the valid age on the 19th of April 2018.
During the qualifiers, please take in account standards for each category.
During score submission, please take in account all video standards (Movement quality, Time taken to complete the wod, Name-Team announcement, Workout number, category, equipment)
- Individual Qualifiers:
19/04/2018 : Workout 1 and 2 Announcement at 8pm French Time
24/04/2018 : Submit scores for Wod 1 and 2 before 8pm French Time
26/04/2018 : Workout 3 and 4 Announcement at 8pm French Time
01/05/2018 : Submit scores for Wod 3 and 4 before 8pm French Time
The qualifying round will therefore consist of 4 workouts over 2 weeks. The athlete will need to submit a video along with his scores in order to certify them.
At the end of the qualifiers, the top athletes of each category will move on to the final in Paris. The final will take place on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of June 2018 in Paris, France.
In order to participate, you do not need to be French or live in France. The competition is open to all nationalities.
- Team Qualifiers:
The online Team challenge will take place over 1 week from the 7th to the 14th of May. Teams will be either made up of 3 Men or 3 Women.
07/05/2018 : All workouts announced at 8pm French Time
14/05/2018 : All scores must be submitted before 8pm French Time
Team members will have to complete several workouts over 1 week. The Team captain will be responsible for submitting scores along with videos.
Team members don’t need to be from the same affiliate and will not need to be together for the qualifiers.
After the qualifying week, we will announce the top teams who will be invited to compete in Paris in June 2018.
One the qualified athletes invited through email, they will need to register via our online scoring platform.
In order to guarantee their acceptance, we ask the competitor for a financial contribution of:
20€ for individual athletes
50€ for teams
