About This Competition
The Iron Brawl is a high-energy team competition built for athletes who love to lift heavy, move with purpose, adn throw down alongside their community.
Teams of three athletes will take on three challenging workouts designed iwth a strong lifting focus, combined with classic functional fitness elements that test strength, capacity, grit, and teamwork. Expect barbells, intensithy, and workouts that reward smart strategy and relentless effort,
This event is about more than just performance -- it's about showing up for your teammates, pushing past limits, and embracing the competitive spirit in a supportive, high-energy enviornment.

Workouts
Athletes will complete the following complex:
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder to Overhead
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder to Overhead
The bar will start on the floor and must move continuously through the full complex without dropping. If the bar is dropped at any point, the attempt does not count.
Teams of three will have 15 minutes to build to their heaviest successful complex. The score will be the combined total of each teammate’s highest successfully completed complex.
*No change for scaled division
In 12 Minutes, each teammate will establish a max snatch. Before a lift can be attempted, a jump rope buy-in must be completed.
RX: 30 double unders before each snatch attempt
Scaled: 50 single unders before each snatch attempt
Score is total of highest weight successfully lifted from each teammate.
In 9 Minutes:
150 Deadlifts, then max reps in time remaining. One partner MUST be in farmer hold while bar is moving and reps post deadlift are being completed.
RX: 225/155, max pull-ups in time remaining. 50/35 DB's for farmer hold.
Scaled: 185/125, max ring rows in time remaining. 35/20 DB's for farmer hold.
