About This Competition
TeamUp Legends is a competition where two buddies compete together.
There are 3 divisions, with each 3 sub divisions.
The results of the (online) qualifiers will determine your division.

Workouts
12 minutes AMRAP, alternating movements
8 Hang Snatches
10 Overhead Squats
12 Pull-ups
Weight:
Round 1,2,3:♂40 kg; all other rounds: 50 kg
Round 1,2,3:♀25 kg; all other rounds: 35 kg
You can use 4 barbells or have help to change weights.
FLOW:
1 Once the timer starts, athlete A starts with the workout as prescribed;
2 Athlete A 8 Hang snatch → athlete B 12 Overhead Squats → Athlete A 12 Pull-ups → Athlete B 8 hang snatch, etc.
3 Continue in the same order for the entire AMRAP as prescribed;
4 The final score will be the total reps met after the last good rep within the time cap.
Note:
The second athlete can only pick up the barbell when the first athlete his hands are off the barbell.
HANG POWER SNATCH
Athlete moves object in one fluid motion starting above the knees to overhead catching the object in the power position;above parallel with the hips.
REP START
• Hang position above knees.
REP END
• Overhead lock-out.
REP REQUIREMENTS
• Object is moved in one fluid motion from hang to a overhead position;
• Without pause, after receiving the object, in the power squat must be achieved;
• Adhere to the hang rule (if an object is in contact with the ground, including before the initial rep, a deadlift lockout MUST be achieved before the rep can be initiated);
CYCLE & POST REP
• The athlete may return to rep start in any controlled manner as long as it adheres to the hang rule.
HANG POWER SNATCH
Athlete moves object in one fluid motion starting above the knees to overhead, never squatting down to full depth.
REP START
• Hang position.
REP END
• Overhead lock-out.
REP REQUIREMENTS
• Object is moved in one fluid motion from hang to a overhead position;
• Avoid the bottom of squat;
• Adhere to the hang rule (if an object is in contact with the ground, including before the initial rep, a deadlift lockout MUST be achieved before the rep can be initiated);
CYCLE & POST REP
• The athlete may return to rep start in any controlled manner as long as it adheres to the hang rule.
OVERHEAD SQUAT
Athlete, with weight overhead, squats down below parallel and returns to standing.
REP START
• Overhead lockout.
REP END
• Overhead lockout.
REP REQUIREMENTS
• Achieve the bottom of squat;
• Object is kept overhead throughout the full repetition.
CYCLE & POST REP
• REP END is a valid REP START.
PULL-UP :
Athlete hanging from a horizontal bar pulls himself up until chin comes over the bar.
REP START
• Vertical hang from horizontal bar.
REP END
• Chin above the horizontal bar.
REP REQUIREMENTS
• Only hands can touch the bar during the movement.
CYCLE & POST REP
• The athlete may return to rep start in any controlled manner.
ALLOWED VARIATIONS
• Strict.
• Kipping.
• Butterfly.

EACH BUDDY WILL DO THIS WORKOUT ALONE AND THE TEAM CAPTAIN NEEDS TO ADD UP THE SCORES AND SUBMT TWO VIDEOS

FLOW
Once the timer starts, the athlete starts with:
1 The 2 minute buy in of max calories rowing.
2 After the buy in, you MUST rest 1 minute;
3 After 1 minute of rest you will continue with part B of the workout as prescribed for the remaining 10 minutes;
4 You MUST work with a 13 minute upward counting clock;
5 Your score will be A) max calories in 2 minutes and B) max reps in 10 minutes;
6 You MUST upload two (2) scores in the competition platform (marked 25.2A and 25.2B)
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
CALORIES ON ROWER
Make sure both hands are not touching any part of the rower before the start.
The screen must show zero before the start and the calories must be shown clearly on the video after you are done.
HSPU
The movement begins at the top of a handstand with the arms fully locked out, the heels on the wall. At the bottom of each rep, the head touches the abmat. At the top of each rep, the arms return to fully locked out with the heels on the wall. Kipping is allowed.
SHUTTLE RUN
The distance needs to be measured clearly in the video before the start of the workout.
Two feet and one part of the hand need to touch the floor every time you pass the line, except for the final time you pass the line: then you can immediately walk to your rower.
One shuttle run is made when you ran 2 times 7,5 m; so up and down is 1 rep!
25.3
Both buddies go for a Heavy Complex of:
1 Deadlift
1 Clean
1 Hang Clean
1 Shoulder to Overhead
Buddies need to show all lifts clearly on the video.
Any kind of Clean and Hang Clean is allowed; Power, Squat or Split Clean are all allowed.
For the shoulder to overhead you can choose between the strict press, push press, jerk or split jerk.
You can decide how many attempts you make.
Weights can go down if you get a no rep.
You can not take your hands off the barbell during the complex.
Time Cap: 8 minutes
Scoe: the heaviest complex of both buddies added together.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Deadlift
The barbell begins on the ground and must touch the ground between each rep. The athlete’s knees and hips must be extended at the top, with the shoulders behind the bar. The athletes hands must be outside their knees.
Power Cleans
This is a standard power clean from the floor to the shoulders. The barbell must come up to the shoulders and hips are above the knees in the catch, finish with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar.
Squat clean
In this movement, the barbell begins on the floor with the athlete passing through a full squat position while the barbell is racked on the shoulder in the end positon with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar.
Hang Power Clean
This is a power clean from the hang position, above the knees to the shoulders. The barbell must come up to the shoulders and hips are above the knees in the catch, fininsh with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar.
Hang Squat Clean
In this movement, the barbell begins above the knees with the athlete passing through a full squat position while the barbell is racked on the shoulder in the end positon with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar.
Split Clean
This is a clean from the hang position, above the knees to the shoulders. The barbell must come up to the shoulders, after catching it in a splt, finish with both feet next to each other and with the hips and knees fully extended and the elbows in front of the bar.
Shoulder to overhead
The bar must travel from the shoulders to a locked out overhead position with knees and hips fully extended and feet in line. This can be a strict press, push press, jerk or splt jerk.
