After a brief hiatus, we are coming back with everyone's favourite - Same Sex Teams of THREE! Classic Scaled and Rx Catergories! 


⏱️Tickets go live on March 29th at 8am, we are expecting this to sell out quick so make sure to jump in early. ⏱️

Athlete area between workouts will be outside, covering will be up but might want to bring a coat, the north east loves to tip it down!

WOD 5 - ‘Prestige Worldwide’ a) For Total Reps
1: 2 Minutes Max
Legless Rope Climbs // Rope Climbs 2: 2 Minutes Max

Clean and Jerks @ 90/65kg // 70/50kg

3: 2 Minutes Max

Sync DB Thrusters

DB’s @ 2 x 22.5/15kg // 1 x 22.5/15kg

All three teammates sync thrusters. Split other work as needed.

b) Max Calorie C2 Bike

Every rep you accumulate in parts 1, 2 and 3 earns you time on the bike. The more reps you hit, the longer you get to achieve as many calories as possible.

Part A - AMRAP 9

1: Max Cal Row

2: Max Rounds Of:

9 Front Squats

6 Hang Power Clean

3 Shoulder to Overhead

RX - 70/50kg

Scaled - 40/25kg

Switch in and out on the row as you wish, split barbell work as needed with one person lifting at a time.

Part B - 5 Minute Window

All Team Members to Establish a Max Weight For:

1 Deadlift +

1 Hang Clean +

1 Front Squat

1 Shoulder to Overhead

 

The full complex must be completed unbroken, power or squat clean and any form of shoulder to overhead is permitted.

One athlete lifting at a time, the bar may be pre-loaded during the one minute rest between parts A and B.

Minute 2 (Athlete 2): 6 Snatches + 6 OHS + Max BOB

Minute 3 (Athlete 3): 4 Snatches + 8 OHS + Max BOB

BOB = Burpees over bar Barbell @ 50/35kg

Score is total Burpees, miss a window (i.e incomplete barbell work) = minus 10 reps
