Sweat will do max shoulder to OH w/ 35#
Score will be total reps plus weight for both partner.
For time:
1000 meter row
75 toes to bar/ ab mat sit ups
50 burpees over the rower/ regular burpees
25 KBS 70/53/35
10 minute cap
Each partner must contribute to each movement.
