About This Competition
Hey CFL Nation!
Join us for our 2nd CFL Intramual Competition!
It's like coming to a longer-format group class with a few dozen of your closest buddies. The energy is awesome and you get to experience the adrenaline of a competition, with the ability to scale any or all movements with the option most appropriate for you.
Teams of 4 (all male, all female, or co-ed)
3 WODs
Saturday February 20th. Starts at 8:30 AM. Finishes by noon.

Muscle up
Snatch (135/95)
Modification Options: Bar Muscle Ups, or Banded BMU's, or Ring Row + Ring Dip (may be banded). Barbell weight modifed as needed.
** Partner 1 completes 9 MU + 9 Snatches then switches, and Partner 2 Completes 9 MU + 9 Snatches. Continuing this pattern until finished.
** Partner 3 completes 21 Thrusters + 21 Pull-ups then switches, and Partner 4 Completes 21 Thrusters + 21 Pull-ups. Continuing this pattern until finished.
** While Partner 1 and Partner 2 are completing Fran, Partner 3 and Partner 4 are trying to accumulate as many calories as possible on Echo bike. When P1 and P2 complete Fran, they'll switch to bike for max calories while P3 and P4 complete Amanda. Once both Fran and Amanda are complete, all four teammates will alternate on bike until 10:00 minute mark.
Part B score is total bike calories for the team.

Synchronized Burpees
*Beginning at 0:00 and at 2:30 complete 20 Box Jump Overs* (24/20")
Partner 3 and 4:
Synchronized Wallballs (20/14#)
*Beginning at 0:00 and at 2:30 complete a 20 Cal Row*
*After 5:00 teammates will switch and complete the opposite AMRAP for 10 minutes total time.
All four team members work simultaneously. Score is combined total reps of Wallballs and Burpees.
Modification options: 14/10# med ball, Box Step Overs (24/20")
