About This Competition

In loving memory of Coach Cal, ALL PROFITS WILL BE DONATED TO SUNSHINE COAST SURF LIFE SAVERS.

It’s 5 workouts (individual or teams of 3) over a 2 week period (2 weekends). Yes, there are winners for best male and female Individuals and best Team, but it’s not just about the workouts. Workouts play a significant role to the overall score. However, at Perform360 we want to incorporate a holistic way to add points to your overall score. Such as;

Extra points for recording 7.5hrs of sleep per night
Extra points for having daily cold showers
Extra points for consuming 30 different plants over the week
Extra points for listening to podcasts aligned with our values
Extra points for reading books and material aligned with our values.
Etc etc etc. More communication around point accumulation will be explained at a later date
