About This Competition

Welcome to the 2019 Do More Charity Challenge: ONline Lift-Off


Thank you for being a part of the 5th year of this amazing event. This year, to celebrate our partnership with USA Weightlifting, we will be hosting an online lift-off. Grab a team of 4, 2 men, 2 women, with an average age of 35. Pick a charity, and let's do something great!


The winning team will receive $5,000 to give to their designated charity, along with the money they raise.

The winning team will be invited to participate in the national Do More Charity Challenge event in Colorado on February 22nd, 2020.


In order to participate, teams must commit to raise money for a designated charity other than their own organization. Each club must raise a minimum of $500 to participate.

1RM SNATCH


All athletes will have a 10min window to complete their lifts. All 4 athletes will lift on 2 bars, one 15kg/35# bar for the 2 women, and one 20kg/45# bar for the 2 men.


One athlete at a time will announce their weight to the camera step over to their bar and complete their lift, repeat until all 4 athletes have completed their heaviest lift.


Feel free to warm up as much as needed before the video, and make as many attempts as needed, but only a 10min window for all 4 team members to lift.


*Score is heaviest weight lifted by each athlete combined into one total*
