About This Competition
The Finals of TeamUpLegends wll be an onsite real live competition in Amsterdam.
The finalists wll compete as a couple and will be tested for different aspects like weightlifting, conditioning and gymnastcs.
It will also be a happening for spectators, because it's awesome to watch these Athletes compete.
Free entrance for all spectators!

The reps may be devided how the team wants, as long as each team member makes at least one rep in each set of thrusters and in each round ( can be thrusters or pullups or both )
Barbell weight: RX 45/30 kg; Intermediate 30/25 kg
Time Cap: 4 minutes
In this workout your gymnastics skills can help you to a higher max!
You will have 7 minutes for a max lift of the complex:
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean
Each Buddy can do maximum 3 attempts.
In the remaining time you can get your team extra kilograms, by making
a pullup (1 kg), chest to bar (2kg) or bar muscle up (3kg) .
You can continue this until the time cap is over.
The score is the total of the highest lift of both buddies added together as well as the reps on the rig.
Note: It is a complex, which means you cannot let go of the barbell in the complex until the Hang Squat Clean is finished.
EMOM 8
On every minute 15 Barbell Overhead Squats
Every buddy needs to make at least 1 rep in each minute
Immediatelly after the 8 minutes EMOM the team starts with the max DB Snatch
Wait for the clock to be exactly on minute 8, then each buddy needs to complete 10 DB Snatches before the othe buddy can start with the DB Snatches.
Keep alternating after each 10 repetitions until the clock is om minute 12.
The score of the team is both the Barbell reps as well as the DB Snatches all together.
Weights:
RX 50/35 kg Barbell and 22,5/15 kg DB
Intermediate 40/25 kg Barbell and 15/10 kg DB
AMRAP 14
10 wallwalks
20 calories ski erg
Divide the repetitions how ever you want for the wallwalks, but each buddy needs to do at least one wall walk in each round
For the ski alternate each round for 20 full calories each buddy.
