Workouts
Partner rope run- run the course and collect the course identification markers to add to your rope.
The rope must remain in both partner's hands during the run at all times.
ALL HEATS START TOGETHER!!!!!
One partner will complete 50m farmer's carry with dumbells in each hand while the other completes med ball or sandbag lunges. Lunges only count while the 50m farmer's carry is moving.
5:00 Time Cap for Part A then 2:00 Rest before Part B
Novice, Intermediate and RX- 7 Minutes for each partner to find their 1 rep max Endure Complex. One Endure Complex consists of: 1 Deadlift, 1 Hang Power Clean, 1 Push Press, 1 Front Squat. Weight can not be taken off the bar, only added on. The score for this workout is the total combined 1RM for each partner.
Child / Adult- 7 Minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) of Endure Complex with a 14# med ball. One Endure Complex consists of: 1 Deadlift, 1 Hang Power Clean, 1 Push Press, 1 Front Squat.
