Max Knee Raises in Remaining Time
Score is number of Toes-to-Bar/Knee Raises Completed.
Tie Breaker is number of reps completed in Round 5.
Athlete will start on the rower. Once the athlete finishes the 250/200m row, they will get off of the rower and start their Toes-to-Bar/Knee Raises for the remaining time left for the 2 minutes. Then the athlete will rest one minute. This will be repeated for 5 sets.

Score is weight of heaviest lift completed. The clock will be set to 1:30 intervals. Athlete will start waiting to step up to the bar. The athlete will step up to their first weight and perform one snatch. They will wait at that station until the timer beeps at 1:30. Then they will step into their next station.

Add 1 sec for each rep not completed.Athlete will start on the bike. The athlete starts working. You must complete one movement before moving on to the next movement.

Add 1 sec for each rep not completed. Athlete starts on their pistols/lunges and completes all. The Athlete will complete 3MU/PU and 11C&J. Athlete will complete pistols/lunges. Then 7MU/PU and 7C&J. Then, athlete will start on the 3rd round with pistols/lunges. Then 11MU/PU and 3C&J.
