We are back for year TEN!
Battle on the Border Same Sex Partner Competition.
CATEGORIES:
* RX Men & RX Women All Ages
* Masters Men & Masters Women 80+ Years Combined
* Masters Men & Masters Women 100+ Years Combined
* Scaled Men & Scaled Women All Ages
* Teens: Same Gender or Mixed Team, ages 13-15
* Kids: Same Gender or Mixed Team, ages 12 & under
SCHEDULE:
6:30-7:15 AM Athlete check-in & T-shirt pick up
7:15 AM Athlete standards meeting & Affiliate team prizes
8:00 AM WOD #1 - Start
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Floater WOD - outside
4:30 PM - Finish & AWARDS
TEAM REGISTRATION: $199
Registration will be LIVE JULY 24th and will stay open until we are full. For the last several years, we have filled up in one week. DO NOT wait to register if you plan to compete.
All WOD standard videos will be released in August on our Facebook and Instagram Pages.

400m Sandbag Bear hug Carry

Partner A: Carry Sandbag
Partner B: Skis for calories
* Partners can switch at 100, 200 or 300m, but must switch spots at least one time.
* Sandbag must be held below the chin and above the hips, in front of the body.
* Score is Total Time minus Calories.

Build a ladder: 2-4-6-8-10-12, etc...
Sychro Line Facing Burpee Double Hops - Chest touches the ground together
One arm Kettle Bell Thrusters - KB's must meet at the top with elbows extended.

MAX Strict Handstand Push ups (to 1 Ab Mat) in the remaining time

7 Min Ascending Weight Ladder:
60 sec ON 30 sec Transition: Each partner completes one Complex at each of the 5 bars (in 60 sec). They can have multiple attempts if they fail, but must stay in the 60 sec, for 8 total points at each bar. (40 points max)
COMPLEX: 1 Clean +1 Hang Clean +1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
RX: 165/105, 185/115, 205/135, 225/155, 275/175
Masters 80+: 135/85, 165/105, 185/115, 205/135, 225/155
Scaled & Masters 100+: 95/65, 135/85, 155/105, 185/115, 205/135
3 minute AMRAP Clean & Jerk
TEENS 13-15: 75/55
KIDS 12 & under: 35/25
If one or more partners cannot complete any or all of the complex at any bar, they will still get credit for the reps they did complete, and will continue forward doing deadlifts for any additional points. The max Deadlift reps will be TIE BREAKER points.
Example: at bar 4, Partner 1 complete the complex and receives 4 points, Partner 2 only completes the clean & hang clean but misses the front squat, they would receive 2 points and can then do max deadlifts at that bar, for additional tie breaker points. Then continue on to the next bar to do Deadlifts only. Cleans can be Power or Squat... athletes choice.
If an athlete can complete the complex at all 5 bars, they can then continue to do max deadlifts for extra points at bar 5.
