CrossFit Akylas presents the Halloween Horror Competition. CASH Prizes & GREAT sponsored giveaways. This is a same sex (MM/FF) partner event with both RX and Scaled divisions. Special prize to be given out to the team with the best costumes (you don't have to dress up, but it'll be more fun if you do)!

Workouts

RX - Male One partner will have one minute to do as many chest-to-bar pull ups as possible. The other partner will have one minute to do as many toes to bar as possible. You may drop off the bar, but you only have one minute to complete each exercise. RX - Female One partner will have one minute to do as many pull ups as possible. The other partner will have one minute to do as many toes to bar as possible. You may drop off the bar, but you only have one minute to complete each exercise. Scaled - MM/FF One partner will have one minute to do as many pull ups as possible. The other partner will have one minute to do as many knee-raises as possible. Knees must break parallel to count. You may drop off the bar, but you only have one minute to complete each exercise.

This WOD will be 10 minutes in length - each team will start at the beginning weight & will have 50 seconds to clean according to the weight & rep scheme listed - there will be a 10 second transition to the next weight. Once one partner cannot clean the weight, the other partner may continue on to the next weight station. The total weight lifted will be the final score for each team. This can be a power or squat clean. For time - 9 minute time cap Buy in: Partner Sled Push - 100m - each partner will push the other 50m on the sled - 50m out then switch & 50m back to begin the WOD of: *100 Alternating Partner Wall Balls RX 20/14...10/9 - Scaled 14/10...10/9 *50 Shoulder to Overhead RX 135/95 - Scaled 95/65 *Wall Balls: Partners must switch each rep & wall ball may not touch the ground until the 100 are completed - 5 burpee penalty to both partners if the ball touches ground during WOD. You may catch the ball to rest if needed. *S2O: The bar must not touch the ground until all 50 reps are complete. 5 burpee penalty to both partners if the bar touches ground during WOD. Partners must hand off bar when switching. No limit on how many reps each partner may do.

This WOD is for time. 13 minute Time cap RX & 11 minutes Sacles. Reps may be split up any way. RX - MM/FF 60 Calorie Row 50 Handstand push ups 40 Alt. 6 MINUTE AMRAP RX: 60 double unders 20 box jumps 30/24 20 KB Swings 70/55 5 Ring Muscle Ups SCALED: 100 Single Unders 20 Box Jumps 24/20 20 KB Swings 55/35 10 burpees to a 45lb plate - with full extension
