Full team will start at a designated spot.  3-2-1-Go Partner 1 & 2 will sprint to Station 1 to complete 10 Hose Pack Cleans in total.  Only one athlete working at a time.

Both partners will then crawl towards fence, proceed through gate opening towards grandstands. Race up the stairs, through grandstands & back down to next designated station

Both athletes will sprint towards a finishing area, thereby releasing Partner 3 & 4 who will then complete the exact sequence as above while P 1 & 2 return to start zone.

Once P 3 & 4 complete the circuit, P 1 & 2 will rejoin and ALL FOUR athletes will continue to travel through the circuit together with increasing reps at each station until the time cap.
