Box Step Over - 20-15-10-15-20

Slam Ball Reverse Lunge - 20-15-10-15-20

Laps of the Mews - Between Rounds


 The workout will be completed in Indian file 

o   2 team members will start the box step overs - when they have finished the other 2 team members can begin the box step overs 

o   The 2 team members that have completed the box step over will then move on to the ball revere lunges – and again the other 2 team members can only begin the ball revere lunges when the other 2 team members have finished 

o   Box step overs must be done first & only 2 team members can work at once 

o   All team members must complete the lap of the mews together for it to be valid 

o   The score will be time to complete or secondarily the reps achieved

-        The 15 minutes will be split into two blocks of 7.5 minutes 

-        2 members will have 7.5 minutes to get a HT 10 rep max 

-        2 members will have 7.5 minutes to get a DB bench press 5 rep max 

-        In the pairs, only 1 member can be working at once i.e., members will share the bar and the bench 

-        The pairs will then swap over for the second 7.5 minutes 

-        The score is the total weight lifted by all team members 

Sled Push x 30 Laps @ 25kg

Ski x 2500m

Max DB Thrusters (12.5/10) in remaining time.


-        Teams must complete all the sled lengths and the ski distance before moving onto the DB thrusters 

-        Only 2 members can be working at any time

-         The work can be split up anyway possible between team members 

-        The score for the workout is based on how many Thruster reps each team is able to get in the remaining time
