About This Competition
The OYL Games is a team of 2, in-house competition EXCLUSIVE to the members of CrossFit OYL on September 7th!
This is our 4th annual OYL Games with the goal to expose our members to the general style of a local in person competition including multiple workouts in a day, being judged, timeline, and an overall understanding of what it might be like to compete!
...all within the comfort of our home gym around all our own friends & coaches.
Ask anyone who has competed at the OYL Games before, and they'll tell you this is their favorite event we do every year!
Teams may be comprised of MM, MF, or FF. There will be 3 guaranteed workouts + a final, and all are written in a way to keep all gendered divisions on the same leaderboard. We will have two leaderboards - Rx & Scaled (see below for division standards).
Workouts will be released on Aug. 20, Aug. 27, and Sept 3!
No refunds under any circumstances, with the only exception being a cancellation of the entire event.
If you wish to make a partner swap after signing up, you may do so. However, it is the responsibility of the team to find their own replacement. OYL is only able to help in changing the teammates name/email within the software.

*Use this as a GUIDE to pick Rx vs. Scaled. The listed movement standard are expected to be done for reps within the workout, though most situations will allow you to split the reps with your partner. For Rx, only 1 partner will need to do a minimum of 1 C2B Pull-up.
