Workouts
For Time:
40 single DB box step ups
40 synchro single arm db thrusters
40 toes to bar
30 box jump overs
30 synchro alternating db snatches
30 chest to bar
200 double unders
20 bar muscle ups
16 min time cap
*Box height (24/20)
*DB Weight (50#/35#)
*T2B/C2B/Double Unders - split reps as desired
*For synchro thrusters - looking for top of rep with knees hips elbows locked out
*For syncrho snatches - looking for top of rep with knees hips and elbows locked out
2-2-2 intervals (2 mins work 1 min rest)
30/20 cal echo bike
20 deadlifts (225/155)
Max synchro bar facing burpees
*Score is amount of burpees accumulated over 3 rounds
*partition bike and deadlift as desired
*burpees - chest, hips, thighs must be in contact withe the ground at the same time and no stepping over
After last minute of rest
5 mins to establish a 1 RM of following complex
1 clean
2 front squats
3 shoulder to overhead
*clean may be power or squat
*if squat clean is performed, does not count as a front squat rep
*S2OH may be push press, push jerk or split jerk
Relay style (you go i go)
6 rounds:
30 wall balls ping pong style
25 ft handstand walk
5 snatches
25 ft handstand walk
12 min time cap
*Snatch - 155#/105#
*20/14# wallball - partners complete the wallballs together every round
* HSW - both hands must start behind the designated line and cross over the 25ft line.
