About This Competition
The 2026 Alpha Wars is almost here!
Hosted by Lifetime Lenexa Saturday, June 13th (1-Day Competition)
MM/FF 2-Person Teams, Scaled and RX Divisions. (RX division will lean more between an intermediate and RX division) No handstand push ups, handstand walks or rope climbs...but there will be swimming :)
4 WODS + Floater
Registration Opens 4/1, Early Bird Pricing ($150) end 4/30, Full Price: $175
T-Shirt and team sign included with registration.
Non members will receive an email after sign up with instructions for competition day entry.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be considered, but we will allow team members to be replaced leading up until the day of the event.

*The Row & Swim may be completed however the team chooses.
*Both athletes may work on the Row and Swim at the same time or they can STL on one movement before moving on to the next*
*Both partners are not required to swim*
*The pool is 25m (down & back = 50m)
*Athletes do not have to stay together on the run. The first partner back from the run may start the wall balls but both athletes must move onto the pool deck at the same time after all wall balls are finished.
