About This Competition

It's time to THROW DOWN again!!! You're 3 months out from the CrossFit Open and you're looking for a solid way to test your skills.. Look no further!

Need to knows:

- November 12th (6:00am Check In)
- Individual Competitors
- Rx, Scaled & Masters 40+ Divisions
- Only 48 Spots available (potential to add)
- 3 Wods + 1 Floater Wod
- Last day to register is October 31st

Wods will get announced on:
August 18th, 19th & 20th!

No Refunds After October 31st.

This is Part A of a 2 Part series.

Axle Bar Deadlifts

Burpees Over Bar

Rx = 235/160
Masters = 215/145
Scaled = 195/130

In the remaining of your 10min from Part A, you must find a 1 Rep Max Zercher Squat and show control at the top of the rep for 3 seconds.

Rx & Masters

7min AMRAP

- 7 HSPUs

- 7 Pullups

- 14 Box Jump Overs 24/20"

 

 

Scaled

- 7 Wall Walks (hands must cross tapeline 32" from wall)

- 7 Ring Rows

- 14 Box Jump/Step Overs 20/16"

This is the first of a 2 part floater workout.

 

Part A is a 500m Ski Erg for time (4min cap)

This is 2nd part of the floater workout.

Prior to your 500m Ski you will have selected a weight that you would like to Bench Press.

Upon completion of your 500m Ski erg, you will spend the remaining of your 4min workout doing as many reps of your selected bench press weight as possible.

Your score is calculated as:
(weight chosen) x (reps completed) = Total Load Lifted

It's pretty self explanatory. SPRINT FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!
