About This Competition

JONGENS TEGEN DE MEISJES  (English below)
Wie zijn de fitsten?! (iedereen kan meedoen)

Dit is niet je standaard individuele of team competitie. Dit zijn alle jongens tegen alle meisjes, alle mannen tegen alle vrouwen.

De competitie duurt drie weken waarbij elke week 1 (bodyweight) workout bekend gemaakt wordt. Deze workout doe jij thuis, in je woonkamer, keuken of tuin, dat maakt niet uit. Na drie weken zal er gekeken worden welk geslacht gezamenlijk het minste aantal punten heeft, het beste heeft gescoord en dus het fitste is! Het gaat niet om de individuele prestatie maar om de gezamenlijke prestatie!

Toch zal de fitste jongen en meisje elke workout beloond worden met een leuke goodie van één van onze partners!

Eén divisie, één leaderboard, één doel!

Samen sta je sterker!

De spelregels

-        Je doet de workout individueel.

-        Je workout moet gefilmd worden.

-        Je workout hoeft niet gejudged te worden maar kan wel beoordeeld worden door onze judges.

-        Je hebt 7 dagen om de workout te doen (donderdag 09:00 – woensdag 23:59) De workouts worden bekend gemaakt op 30 april, 7 mei en 14 mei.

-        Jongens en meisjes delen samen één leaderboard!

-        De atleet met de beste score krijgt 1 punt, de atleet met de tweede beste score 2 punten enz

-        De fitste jongen en het fitste meisje van iedere workout krijgt een prijs

-        Bij een gelijke stand tussen jongens en meisjes wordt de winnaar bepaalt op basis van de puntentelling van de top 10. In het geval dit nog steeds een gelijkspel is, wordt er gekeken naar degene die eerste staat.

-        Daar waar het reglement niet voorziet bepaalt de organisatie.

THE BOYS VERSUS THE GIRLS
Who are the fittest?! (everybody can join)

This isn’t your standard individual or team competition. It’s all the boys versus all the girls. All the men versus all the women.

The competition lasts for three weeks and every week there will be 1 (bodyweight) workout announced. This workout can be done at your home, in the living room, kitchen or backyard. After three weeks we’ll see which gender has the least amount of points, has performed the best and thus is the fittest. It’s not about your individual performance, it’s all about the group achievement.

Still, the fittest boy and girl will be rewarded every workout with a nice goodie by one of our partners.

Stronger together!

The rules

-        You’ll do the workout individual

-        You have to film the workout

-        You don’t need a judge but your workout video can be requested by our team.

-        You have 7 days to perform and upload the workout (Thursday 09:00 – Wednesday 23:59). The workouts will be released on april 30th, may 7th and may 14th.

-        The scores from the boys and the girls will be shown on 1 leaderboard.

-        The athlete with the best score will receive 1 point, the next athlete will receive 2 points and so on.

-        The fittest boy and girl will receive a prize provided by our partners.

-        With an equal score, the winner will be decided by the scoring from the top 10. In case there is still a draw, the winner will be decided by the one who is in the first place.

-        Where the rules do not provide, the organization decides.
