About This Competition
In September 2021 Sharni, a Wandsworth Personal Trainer & F45 Coach, was diagnosed with Metastatic Clear Cell Sarcoma, a rare cancer of the soft tissue and bone with a short prognosis.
Off the back of this, in 2021 Sharni’s Throwdown was born to raise money to help her tick off some bucket list items.
An annual inter-gym competition, Sharni’s Throwdown brings together the Wandsworth fitness community, like never before seen in the area!
Rotating each gym, teams complete four workouts and accumulate points to be the proud winners of The Ruming Cup!
This year Sharni, Becci & the 4 Wandsworth gyms are determined to continue raising money and awareness around Cancer and in particular, CCS to help fund life-saving research through partnering with The Edward Showler Foundation.
We had such success in 2021 that Sharni’s Throwdown is back for another year and will be bigger and better than ever. Keep up to date by following @sharnis_throwdown on Instagram.

For those of you who spend longer at the socials than the studio!
In this category, you can have teams of all females, all males, or any mix you fancy. You're here to compete to raise funds and have some fun whilst you're at it, you never know you might find more gym friends and socials whilst you're at it.

Once one athlete completes the round they yell change and athlete on C2 Bike goes to change over round and one of the athlete's resting moves to the C2 Bike.
