About This Competition

Individual competition for SCALED & RX athletes!

Venue - CrossFit Cheltenham

 

- 3 WODs for all competitors. The person with the least points over 3 WODs wins


- NO QUALIFIERS


- Enjoy a great competition at a friendly box run by an events team with over nine years experience of running successful team events

 

£45 per person

Other info:
The WODs will be released before the Throwdown.
Prizes for all podium finishers.
This event is child and dog friendly, so bring your friends and family along!
Spectators can come and cheer you on for free!
There will be plenty of space to park in the industrial estate where the box is located.

Then AMRAP for cumulative max weight lifted on the barbell:

12 box jumps 24/20”

9 wall balls 9/6kg, 10/9ft

6 toes-to-bar

3 burpees over bar

3 clean and jerks as heavy as possible

Complete the following in 12:00:
