Score is total weight for both partners.
9 minutes total for both partners to establish a 1 RM Clean (Can be power or squat – from the ground)
Partner Chipper: One Partner Works, One Partner Rests for reps 60-20
60 DB ALT Snatches 50/35, 35/20
50 Box Jumps/Step Ups 30/24 24/20
40 Pull-ups/Jumping Pull-ups
30 Thrusters 115/75 75/45
20 HSPU/Hand Release Push Ups
10 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees
Score total is the time of WOD
Each partner completes all reps. While Partner A completes T2B, Partner B hangs from the bar. While Partner A completes deadlifts, Partner B holds barbell in standing position.
