Join the most comprehensive Hyrox Half Race Simulation experience in the SFV at TRU FIT BOOTCAMP 

Come compete, challenge yourself, and discover what HYROX is all about. Test your endurance, fitness, and strength with our half HYROX race simulation experience in the SFV this May. This half simulation will be as close as possible to an official HYROX event. 

What to expect:
• A high-energy environment
• Running + functional workouts (at HALF the intensity of a full HYROX event)
• A chance to test your fitness level

What your entry includes:

  • A HYROX event experience
  • Competitive simulation feel
  • Use of HYROX-certified CENTR equipment. 
  • Individualized judging so you will receive accurate start and finish times for all runs, all stations, and your HYROX total. 
  • Grab-and-go hydration stations
  • Most stations indoors
  • Dedicated warm-up area
  • Athlete village for tent set up
  • Access to an alkaline water machine
  • Access to vendors and merch

It's the perfect opportunity to try a HYROX race (with half the intensity), push your limits, and even do a trial run before HYROX's May/June event in New York.

Whether you're a seasoned competitor or it's your first time, expect good vibes, music-pumping adrenaline, and lots of support from everyone!

Additional Information:
* You will be given your start time at least a week before the event
* Upon registration, please submit your approximate 1k run time, ideally under fatigue, to help allocate the start times.
* Please arrive at least one hour before your start time to register and warm up.
* First heat of the day will start at 7 am.
* Event to finish at approximately 12 pm

FAQS
What is the HYROX, and why should I try it?
HYROX is a global obstacle course race that combines running with functional exercises. You'll build strength, improve your running efficiency and endurance, and develop the mental grit needed to push through any challenge.

Do I need to be HYROX certified or experienced to join?
Not at all! This simulation is open to all fitness levels. Come ready to work and push limits with your teammate.

Is this an official HYROX event?
No, this is a race simulation hosted by TRU FIT BOOTCAMP to help athletes prep and experience the flow of a HYROX-style race.

Where will the HYROX event be held?
This will take place at TRU FIT BOOTCAMP with all stations except running and the sled push and pull indoors. 

Can I come just to watch or support?
Yes! Spectators are welcome and encouraged to cheer. Community energy helps fuel the competition!
