3 Workouts
● Released Fridays (May 8, 15, & 22)
● Group Live Zoom throwdown the following Sunday (May 10, 17, & 24 @ 11:00 a.m.)
● Able to do the competition workout during any zoom class **inform your coach at the beginning of class.
● Score submission deadlines by 8:00 p.m. on:
○ Workout #1: May 13th
○ Workout #2: May 20th
○ Workout #3: May 27th
○ Social media posting of video/photo documenting workout strongly suggested
***Open to non-members @ 11:00 a.m live Zoom or on your own time. Suggested equipment: Kettlebell/dumbbells or backpack with weight.

Workouts
"Grey Harbour" is a workout that the CFSTC community is dedicating to our friend and member Rob, co-owner of Grey Harbour Tattoo. They lost their shop to arson amidst the challenges already presented through the world-wide pandemic and now are left to rebuild. If you are able, stop by their Go Fund Me page to support them through this trying time. Rob you are incredibly strong and we know you're going to pull through this stronger than you were before!
