About This Competition

A Mixed Pairs CrossFit competition that will test all your skills abilities.
Take on 6 workouts over one day to see who will stand at the top of the podium.
All workouts will be published 7 days prior to the event. If a member of the team needs to be substituted this must only happen prior to the workouts being published.

This is a fun and busy competition that is targeting teams in the local area. It will be a great place to start for your first competition.

Scaled: 35/50kg
Athletes can share the "Box Overs" in anyway they desire. However each athelte must complete each barbell movement to the reps required.
Box Overs can be step ups or jumps.
Each Athlete must complete all 9 lifts before the 3mins is up.

Tag Team Style
Females go first and must complete 3 rounds before tagging their partner.

Gas Tank is a two part workout.
Within an 18min timecap each Athlete must complete the prescibed distances. Whilst one athlete is running the other will complete as many Calories as possibe on the C2 Rower.

15m Rack Lunge (15/22.5kg)
50 Hanging Leg Raises to 90 degrees
15m Rack Lunge (15/22.5kg)
50 Wall Balls (3/6kg)
Only 1 athlete is needed to complete the buy in, this can be split if neccessary. Over the 30m Lunges the distance must be broken down so that each athlete completes 15metres. Only one athlete is to be on the Rig or Box at one time.
