About This Competition

This year CCF wants the entire Tribe to get excited about the OPEN!!

Event: 1st annual Intramural Box OPEN

When: Starts February 21st, and goes for 5-weeks

Where: Every Friday during all Chino classes

How: Here is how it works:

  • Sign Up!
  • 8 Divisions:
    • Open:
      • 18-34 Rx, Scaled, and FUN.
    • Masters:
      • 35-39 Rx, Scaled
      • 40-49 Rx, Scaled
      • 50+ Rx, Scaled.
    • Teens:
      • 14-15 Rx, Scaled
      • 16-17 Rx, Scaled
  • Top male and female finishers in each catagory will win prizes.

What: $30 Registration (+processing fee) includes 5-week in-house competition, and exclusive CCF OPEN 19 event shirt/tank, kick off/launch mixer, and end of Open Finale Party with drinks and food for all!

Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  15 squat cleans, 135 lb.
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  13 squat cleans, 185 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  11 squat cleans, 225 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  9 squat cleans, 275 lb.
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  7 squat cleans, 315 lb.

Stop at 20 minutes.
