Si tu es tenté d'essayer, les standards sont assez faibles, on est sur du Rx en terme de mouvements mais débutants sur le volume car tu peux les faire 1 par 1.
Les standards MINIMUM pour participer:
être capable de faire les Pull-up: 1 par 1
les T2B: 1 par 1
Montée de corde (4.5m)
Wallwalk standard adapté (50cm du mur)
Clean: 50/35kg
Dumbell Snatch ou Devil press: 22.5/15kg
