About This Competition

🌟The NTC Nordic Championship 🌟
NTC Norrköping is hosting a one day Beginner-Intermediate Team of 2 Competition in pairs of FF or MM at our new facilities in Norrköping.
We are delighted to invite you to an epic weekend filled with challenges.
Atleast 4 workouts for every team! 🏋️♀️
Throughout the weekend, all teams will participate in a total of 4 events!
Preparation and Strategy 🤔
To allow all teams to prepare , we will be releasing all workouts 7 days before the competition.(excluded the Final Event, which will be briefed saturday morning)
This gives you the chance to plan your strategy and fine-tune the techniques that will be tested.
Programming 📝
The competition is programmed by our very own Jesper Valrygg & Tyler Clarke, and promise you an unique and epic weekend along with well tought out workouts.
What to Expect in each division?🤔
BEGINNER - FF or MM - 12 teams division
Movements and Weights to expect:
Gymnastics:
Kipping Knee Raises, Burpees, Halfway Wall Walk, Single Unders
This means NO Pull Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Double Unders, Toes to Bar
Male/Female Weights:
Dbs - 15/10kg
Kbs - 16/12kg
Barbell (except deadlift) - 40/25kg
SCALED - INTERMEDIATE - FF or MM
Movements and Weights to expect:
Gymnastics:
Toes to Bars, Pull Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Double Unders, Wall Walks
This means NO Rope Climbs, Bar Muscle Up, Handstand Walk, Chest to Bars , Ring Muscle Ups
Male/Female Weights:
Dbs - 22,5/15kg
Kbs - 24/16kg
Barbell (except deadlift) - 45/30kg
