Workouts
Lateral Bar Hop Burpees
4 barbells will be set out in a ladder style.
Athlete one will start with a burpee and then hop or step over barbell. They will do this over each bar, completing 4 burpees per round.
After finishing ladder athlete will run back to the start and tag in partner two. Partner two will then complete the same burpee ladder.
Partners will alternate turns through the ladder for two minutes.
Total burpees completed at the end of two minutes is your score.
This event will be a floater.
8 Minutes of work
Partners will alternate each round
5 BB Deadlifts
5 BB Front Squats
5 BB Push Press
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes
8 minutes total
2 minutes sled pushes
2 minutes iso chest presses
2 minutes keg clean and presses
2 minutes db front squats
Teams will complete 2 minutes of sled pushes. Partners can alternate at any time. In order for rep to count sled must be all the way past the finish line by the time to 2 minute buzzer sounds.
Athletes will immediately head to Iso Chest presses. Time starts as soon as sled pushes end.
2 minutes of Isolated DB chest presses. Partners can switch at any time.
As soon as the 2 minute buzzer sounds athletes will immediately start 2 minutes of keg clean and presses. Athletes can switch at any time.
As soon as the 2 minute buzzer sounds athletes will immediately start 2 minutes of DB front squats.
Total number of reps for all four exercises at the end of 8 minutes.

6 Dumbbell Swings
6 Hand release pushups
As Many Reps As Possible
Partner 1 starts with two dumbbells locked out overhead
Once dumbbells are locked out Partner 2 can start with 6 Viking Squats, 6 DB Swings, and 6 Hand Release Pushups.
Partners can swithc at any time BUT in order for viking squats, swings, and pushups to be completed one partner must have dbs locked out at all times.
Your score is total reps completed of viking squats, swings and pushups at the end of 8 minutes.
DB Lock out weigths:

6 minute time cap
All exercises must be synchronized
6 line hop burpees
12 db goblet squats
18 alternating forward lunges
Complete 4 rounds as quickly as possible.
At 3,2,1 Go Both athletes will start with a burpee. Their chest must come off the ground at the same time. Partners will then both hop over the same line, turn facing towards the line and complete another burpee. Chest must come off the ground at the same time. Once the sixth burpee is complete both athletes must hop over the line before moving on to goblet squats.
Once burpees are complete athletes will start on 12 synchronized goblet squats. Athletes must break paralell at the same time, and be standing at full hip extension before next rep is started.
After 12 goblet squats athletes will link arms and stand behind the line. They will then complete 18 synchronized alternating front lunges. Both athletes knees must touch the ground at the same time in order for lunge to count.
Complete 4 rounds for time. Time limit is 6 minutes. Any reps remaining at the end of 6 minutes will add one second to your time per rep uncompleted.
