Workouts
12min AMRAP
15 box jump overs
12 ground-to-overheads
9 echo bike calories
Partners will ALTERNATE movements.
Round 1 = Partner A: box jump overs, Partner B: 12 ground-to-overheads, Partner A: 9 echo bike calories.
Round 2 = Partner B: box jump overs, Partner A: 12 ground-to-overheads, Partner B: 9 echo bike calories.
... and so on.
For ground-to-overhead a snatch or clean & jerk is allowed.
Rx: 115/75; 24/20
Masters: 95/65; 24/20
Scaled: 75/55; 24/20 (step-overs allowed)
SCORE: total rounds + reps completed
Clean Complex
(clean > hang clean > shoulder-to-overhead)
8 minute clock with 4 attempts and 3 count
Each athlete will have 4 attempts in any order with an 8 minute clock. Athletes will count their top 3 lifts each.
Please keep in mind that you get ONE miss and ONLY 4 attempts, therefore you can hurt your team by putting a ZERO in as one of the three weights or multiple zeros.
SCORE: 6 total weights will be combined for a total team score (3 weights per athlete)

30 burpees to a plate
10 minute time cap
