About This Competition

The Back Lot Bout is back!

UnCharted CrossFit is hosting our annual four-person, co-ed team competition on June 18th. 

Teams will be comprised of two women and two men with three divisions, RX, INTERMEDIATE and SCALED. 

Registration cost is $295 per teams which includes custom competition shirts for each participant.

Please note that registration is non- refundable.

Teams will be guaranteed three WODs, an obstacle course, and a championship WOD for top teams.

Teaser workouts will be released a couple weeks out but we will save a couple surprise workouts. Like all good CrossFitters, you should be prepared for anything!

Grab your team, put it on your calendar, and be ready for a fun day of some FITNESS!

EMOM x 8 

Male Athlete 1 

Min. 1) 6 - 20ft Shuttle Runs + Lifting Complex of:

1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk 

Female Athlete 2 

Min. 2) 6 - 20ft Shuttle Runs + Lifting Complex of:

1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk 

* athletes will keep alternating work for the 6 minutes. 

EMOM x 8

Male Athlete 3

Min. 1) 6 - 20ft Shuttle Runs + Lifting Complex of:

1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk 

Female Athlete 4 

Min. 2) 6 - 20ft Shuttle Runs + Lifting Complex of:

1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk 

* athletes will keep alternating work for the 6 minutes. 


WOD INFORMATION 

- Male / Female Pairs work together for each EMOM x 8. 

- One athlete working at a time.

- M/F athletes will alternate each minute for 4 rounds each, 8 minutes total. 

- The shuttle run and lifting complex is completed in the same minute.

- The front squat and split jerk comes from the rack.

- Collars must be on the bar before each lift.

- Full complex must be completed before the finish of the minute.

- Non working athletes can help load the weight for working athletes.

- Score will be best 3 out of 4 lifts for all athletes combined together.

WOD INFORMATION

- Only one athlete working at a time to complete all three movements.

- Once an athlete finishes the work they must run an tag their partner.

- Athletes will be responsible for resetting their ski erg to 0 before each athlete begins to ski.

- Athletes must complete 10 single arm thruster on right arm, then 10 single arm thrusters on left arm.

- Athletes must not drop the DB from anywhere above the hip.

- RX and intermediate must jump and cannot step up on box overs. 

- Burpee box overs can be box facing or lateral. 

- Score is total time once last athlete passes the finish line.

WOD INFORMATION

- Male / Female pairs work together on synchronized barbell movements.

- For synchronized gymnastics movements specific gender pairs are not required. 

- Athletes are responsible for adding weight to their bar for each movement.

- Score is for time, time is counted when all athletes are over the finish line. 

- Time cap for RX & INT is 17 minutes, 15 minute cap for scaled.
