AMRAP: Ring Muscle-Ups

 

1 athlete will start working through the 2km Row the other will work on the chipper. Athletes will alternate every 90s. When the 2km Row is complete BOTH athletes may then work on the chipper for the remainder of the 12:00.

 

This workout is scored in 2 parts, 1 score for the 2km Row time and 1 score for the reps completed in the chipper

Intermediate - Pull-Ups (in place of Chest-to-Bar) 20 DB Front Squats @22.5/15kg and Bar Muscle-Ups (in place of Ring Muscle-Ups)
