About This Competition
Brawl of the Ages - An Outdoor Masters Team and Teens Individual Competition hosted by Fit Farm and 36 Apparel!

Here’s a quick rundown of the Brawl of the Ages with further details to come...
1. This competition will be OUTSIDE! The East parking lot of Fit Farm will be turned into a massive competition arena! Backup weather plan will be inside the gym.
2. Masters (34-39 RX, 34-39, 40-49, and 50+ Intermediate divisions) Teams of 2. F/F and M/M. $150 per team. Standards have been posted to the Facebook event page and are available in the Google Doc below! Register for the division of your youngest team member. If your heart is set on doing "RX," you may register for 34-39 RX.
3. Teens (13-15, and 16-18) Individual Intermediate. $75 per entry. Standards have been posted to the Facebook event page and are available in the Google Doc below!
4. Everyone will compete in 4 events (5 scores) and a floater. Events will be posted in the discussion comments.
4. Every competitor gets a killer t-shirt or tank top and other free swag!
5. All podium finishers will get a sweet "Winner" t-shirt or tank top and receive other prizes!
6. Event runtime will depend on the number of teams registered. Plan for most of the day (8AM-4PM). Optional athlete check-in Friday, May 24th from 6:30PM-8:00PM. Heat times and event schedule will be available prior to event date.

8. Vendors and Sponsors are being posted to the Facebook event page!

Workouts
For Max Load: (7 Min. Cap)
- 1RM Ground-to-Overhead
7 Minute Cap total for both partners to find max.
Any lift is acceptable as long as the bar starts on the ground and ends overhead.
Switch and change weights whenever. No tag required.
Score is total combined weight.
**TWO MINUTE RESET THEN IMMEDIATELY INTO EVENT 2**
**Athletes must set up their barbell to the correct weight for Event 2 during this time.**

- 120 M Partner Sled Drag (205/170) (170/140) (140/115) - 12 reps
- 30 Pull-Ups (C2B for RX Men & RX Women 34-39)
Jump required for RX Men & RX Women 34-39.

- 30 Cal. Bike (40 Cal. for RX Men 34-39)
- 40 Fat Bar Front Racked Lunges (115/85 Long Bar for RX Men and RX Women 34-39) (90/70) (70/50)
Each partner will complete the bike and the lunges once.
Partner 1 starts on bike while partner 2 starts on lunges, then switch. You cannot switch until both partners have completed their reps of the movement they started on.
Must be completed anytime before 1:30pm.
