About This Competition

Qualifying Rules

You would have been offered a place to compete in the online scaled finals if you placed Top 6 in your division in our online qualifiers. Or if someone above you has declined their offer, then you may have recieved an invite as the next ranked athlete.

Pricing & Refund Policy 

Scaled Finals Ticket: £15

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds but all proceeds will go towards supporting future events for our masters & teens events.

Workout Release Dates & Times

Movement requirements for each division will be along the same lines as experienced in our Online Qualifiers.

Workouts will be released on Friday 16th July 4:00am and closing date will be Monday 19th July 22:00 BST.

BMC aims to recognise and help develop the future Masters talent in the sport of fitness in a safe, fun environment. Movement standards will always come first and the event organisers always encourage safe, correct movement under the pressure of a competition environment. We want to motivate masters across the world to train and provide a platform for testing of fitness.

55+ yrs will not need to perform a jump at the top of the dumbbell burpee.

55+ will perform Front Squat instead of Overhead squat.
