Event 3
30/20cal Assault Bike
100ft Hand Stand Walk
*Time Cap 4:00
Athletes will start off their bike at the call of 321 Go! the athlete will move to their bike and complete their calories. The athlete must stay on the bike until the monitor reads 30/20cals. They can then move to the hand stand walk. Both hands must start behind the line and finish over the line for each 25ft segment to count. Once the athlete completes their 4th 25ft segment that is their time.
Hand Stand Walks must be completed in 25ft unbroken segments.
Each 25ft segment is one rep. If there is a tie at the time cap the athlete who completed their calories on the bike first will win the tie break.

At the call of 321 go! athletes will move to their dumbbell. The Dumbbell push press must be a push press no other movement is allowed. An equal number of reps must be complete on each arm.
Box Jump overs must start with a two-foot takeoff, Both feet must touch the top of the box before jumping or stepping down off the other side of the box.
The athlete will then move to their rower and row to 100 or 80cals. The monitor must read the designated number of cals before moving on.
Dumbbell Snatch starts from the ground with both heads of the DB touching the ground and must be lifted overhead in one motion. The DB must alternate hands on each rep.
The dumbbell must always be lowered to the ground, it cannot be dropped. If the DB is dropped that rep will not count.
Athletes will have 6:00 to find a max weight of the following complex.
1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
*Standards
Power and/or squat snatches are allowed.
The complex must be unbroken
No other part of the body except the feet is allowed to touch the floor.
Athletes cannot leave their designated lifting area at any time during their lift
The lift must be completed within the 6:00 CAP
Teams will have 6:00 to find a max of the following complex.
1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat
*Standards
Power and/or squat snatches are allowed.
The complex must be unbroken
You may go up or down in weight whenever
No other part of the body except the feet is allowed to touch the floor.
Athletes cannot leave their designated lifting area at any time during their lift

At the call of 3,2,1 Go! the first athlete will move to the pullup bar and start completing pull-ups. Partners can switch at any time during the pullups, Chest to bar, and bar muscle ups, They must tag each other in and there is a one rep work requirement for each movement.
After the pullups are complete both athletes will move to their barbells and perform 10 synchro lateral burpees over their barbells. Both partner's chests must be on the ground at the start of each rep for that rep to count.
The Hang Cleans must be deadlifted to full extension before starting the rep, each rep must start above the knee and pass through a full squat before standing. Both partners must finish their lift and be standing to full extension before the next rep is started.
After completing their last set of hang squat cleans both athletes must cross back over their start line.
Event 2 and 3 (Scaled Teams)

At the call of 3,2,1 Go! the first athlete will move to the pullup bar and start completing pull-ups. Partners can switch at any time during the pullups, They must tag each other in and there is a one rep work requirement for each round of pullups.
After the pullups are complete both athletes will move to their barbells and perform 10 synchro lateral burpees over their barbells. Both partner's chests must be on the ground at the start of each rep for that rep to count.

At the call of 321 Go one partner will move to their bike and start completing the calories. Once the monitor reads their designated number they must get off and the next athlete can immediately start completing their cals.
The first partner can immediately move to their handstand walk. Both partners may work on their 100ft handstand walk at the same time but only one partner can be handstand walking at a time. Your partner must be behind the line for you to start your handstand walk
Once both partners have completed 100ft that is their time.If there is a tie the team with the faster time off the bike will win the tie break.

At the call of 321 go the first athlete will complete their calories on the bike and then move to the wall and start completing their wall walks. The second athlete can immediately start on the bike as soon as the first athlete gets off. Once the second athlete has finished their calories they can move to the wall to complete their wall walks. Both athletes may work on their wall walks at the same time but only one can be doing a wall walk at a time.
If their is a tie the team with the faster time off the bike will win the tie break

Standards
These are standard Ring Muscle-ups arms must be straight at the bottom, you must pass through a dip, and arms must be fully extended at the top with shoulders over the rings
Hang Squat cleans must be deadlifted to full extension before starting the rep. The hang clean must start above the knee and pass through a full squat before standing to extension.
On bar facing burpees the athlete's chest must touch the floor facing the barbell. A two foot take off is required.
Athletes must start and finish their workout behind the "start line"
