About This Competition
Welcome to FITTEST IN FALKIRK - MIXED PAIRS!
We had so much fun last time we are ready to do it all again - but this time as MIXED PAIRS!
Welcome to ONI FITNESS - FITTEST IN FALKIRK - MIXED PAIRS, our 2nd event of the year
This time athletes will be battling it out to be crowned the fittest male and female team in Falkirk! With a wide variation of workouts designed to test athletes skill, fitness, strength and adaptability - these tests ensure that we are leaving no stone unturned.
There is only one division for this competition as it has been designed to be inclusive to all! Our aim is to simply bring a community together through fitness, so grab a partner and come down and join us for our 2nd throwdown of the year! Expect great workouts, great food, great music and a great atmosphere!

Below are the movement standards required for FITTEST IN FALKIRK - MIXED PAIRS
Both athletes must be able to complete the following movements multiple (5+ Reps)
Deadlift - 80/60KG
Shoulder to Overhead - 40/30KG
Dumbbell Movements (Squat,Snatch,Devils Press, Thruster) - 1x22.5/15KG
Kettlebell Movements (Swing,Squat, Snatch) - 1x24/15KG
Burpee
Press Up
Wall Ball - 9/6KG
Box Jump - 24/20''
Row/Ski/Bike
8 Min Time Cap EACH - Partner 1 Goes First, Partner 2 Goes After the 1 min break.
800M Row
50 Wall Balls 9/6KG
MAX Deadlift Remaining Time
Total Score- No. Of Deadlifts
Weight 100/70KG
Partner 1 Completes their 8 Minutes, 1 Minute interval then Partner 2 Completes their 8 Minutes.
