About This Competition

Classico Storico  is  back at Full Tilt, Louisville's premier functional fitness and performance coaching gym, on September 6. This time its a partner affair. Teams of 2 (M/M, F/F) will face four unique workouts designed to test various fitness domains, including strength, endurance, and skill-based movements, this event promises to push competitors in both the scaled and Rx divisions.

Ring Dips: RX: Ring Dip, chest/bicep touches ring to full elbow lock. Scaled/Masters: Ring Push Ups 40/36" from floor, feet on line, ring touches chest to full elbow lock
