2nd Annual IST Classic
About This Competition
The 2nd Annual IST Classic will be held on August 21st.
Part 1 will be held at IST CrossFit from 8:30am to 11:00am.
Part 2 will be held at the IST Ranch from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.This is a one-day same-sex partner competition. Teams of 2, either Male-Male or Female-Female, will compete in 4 events. The first 2 events will be held at IST CrossFit and the final 2 events at the IST Ranch. There will be Rx and Scaled divisions.
Each competitor will receive an IST Classic towel.
We will celebrate the competition with a pot-luck style party at the IST Ranch starting immediately after the event. On-site showers will be available.

Workouts will be released in the weeks leading up to the competition. Use the following standards below to guide your decision for what division to sign up for.
Rx (at least one partner must be able to complete):
Overhead squat, pull up, toe to bar, deadift (225/155), burpee, running
Scaled (at least one partner must be able to complete):
Deadlift (185/125), hanging knee raise, burpee, running

Partners will share a 10 minute clock to establish a 3 rep max thruster. The heaviest successful lift from each partner will be added together for one score.
