Rad Fit Fest 2: Electric Boogaloo
About This Competition
Workout # 1 FAME
Do you love to workout in 80s gear with 80s music? Do you want to "Push It to the Limit"? Then this comp is definitely for you, so come and compete! Dressing up in 80s gear is encouraged, and not required - but going all out will get you a medal and fame!
The competition is comprised of 3 gnarly workouts and 1 fantabulous floater with two separate divisions (RAD & GNARLY). The workouts will challenge your strength, fitness, and noggin', while providing a SWEET time.
Limited spots available, registration starts on 5/22!
4 workouts (3 + 1 fun floater).
Movement Standards - these are the MINIMUM standards needed to compete in each division:
NOTE: Keep in mind that the movements, reps, and weights do increase with each round of each workout this year. If you can compete what is listed below you will have a righteous time.
RAD (Rx)
Power Clean 45/35 for 1 rep
DB Snatch 35/20 for 5 reps
DB Overhead Lunge 35/20 for 25'
Single Unders for 30 reps
Wall Walk for 1 rep
Pull-ups for 3 reps
GNARLY (Scaled)
Power Clean 45/35
DB Snatch 20/15
DB Overhead Lunge 20/15 for 25'
Single Unders 30 reps
Hand Release Push Ups for 5 reps
Jumping Pullup 3 reps
Event Policies:
- Refunds are available up to the registration end date (7/31), they will not be available after that.
- Subtitutes are allowed if you can't make the competition.
