Vintage 5K Day
About This Competition

The Vintage 5K Day is an in-person partner team competition. Teams of 2 (MM/FF/MF) will complete 5 scored events over the span of 3 hours. We have very limited capacity so we can maximize distancing. We're limited to 30 teams of 2 across all divisions. The event will have staggered start times to allow for spacing and cleaning between events.
Event 1 - Both partners - 5000m Off-site Run with your partner
Event 2 - Partner 1 - Snatch 5000 lbs (3 weight options 135/95, 115/80, 95/65 with varying reps)
Event 3 - Partner 2 - Clean and Jerk 5000 lbs (3 weight options 135/95, 115/80, 95/65 with varying reps)
Event 4 - Both partners - Deadlift (205/135) + Burpee relay
Event 5 - C2 Ergathlon - Ski 5,000m + Row 5,000m + Bike 10,000m - split evenly any way

Partners must split the work evenly, however they want. Teams must declare their strategy upon arrival at the gym.
Both partners will run a single-loop 5k run for time. Partners will start together but do not need to finish together. Both partners' run times will be summed for the total team time.
