Fittest of the Coast 2025 powered by Wild South
About This Competition
Welcome to Fittest of the Coast! Claim your spot and come prepared for a three-day weekend full of memorable experiences! Fittest of the Coast will be held at the Charleston Convention Center, featuring more than 80,000 sq feet of competition, vendor and athlete space!
All individual divisions will compete Friday and Saturday. All team divisions will compete Saturday and Sunday.
Event Schedule:
Thursday, February 6
Optional Check-In | 5 pm - 7 pm
Friday, February 7
Check In | 8 am - 2 pm
Invidiual Divisions | 8 am - 7 pm
Saturday, February 8
Check In | 10 am - 4 pm
Individual Divisions | 8 am - 12:30 pm
Kids Divisions | 12:50 pm - 1:30 pm
Team Divisions | 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Sunday, February 9
Team Divisions | 8 am - 5:00 pm

All workouts will be released prior to the event.
Individuals will have five events and a minimum of five scores.
