Weights
RX - 185/125
INT - 155/105
SC - 135/85
Flow/Standards - On 3,2,1, GO. One athlete will begin working on the first set of 10 cleans while the other athlete rests. They can switch off as needed. The clean reps start on the ground and finish with the bar in contact with the athletes’ shoulder, elbows in front of the bar, feet in line with each other around shoulder width apart, and knees and hips extended. The clean can be performed as a power, squat, or split clean. Once all the cleans have been completed. The athletes will move onto the lateral burpees over the bar. One athlete working at a time. The athlete’s will be parallel with the bar during each burpee rep. The athlete must contact their chest and thighs to the ground then get up to both feet before jumping or stepping over the bar. ALL divisions can step over the bar. The burpee over bar rep is completed when both feet are in contact with the ground on the opposite side of the bar. Once the burpees are completed the team moves back to perform 10 more cleans before taking off on the run together. Athletes do not need to stay together on the run, but no athlete may begin working on the next round until both teammates have made it back to their lane. The team will proceed in this manner until the 15 minutes is up.
Score - Score is Rounds + Reps completed in 15:00. The run is worth 1 rep. There is no tiebreak.

INT - 75/55
SC - 65/45
Flow/Standards - On 3,2,1, GO. The first athlete will begin to complete their Thrusters & Toes to Bar/Hanging leg raises. Athlete 1 will start by completing their first set of thrusters. The thruster rep starts by the athlete cleaning the bar up to the shoulders then passing through a squat, where the hip crease must pass lower than the knee, before the athlete begins to stand up to where the knees and hips are fully extended and the bar is pressed overhead to a locked out position in one smooth motion. The bar must be directly over the athlete's head and the elbows, shoulders, hips, and knees extended before going into the next rep. Athletes may not rebend their knees after extending them on the upward part of the movement aka “jerking” the bar over head. For the next reps, the athlete will lower the bar to the shoulder and go down again into the squat before standing back up and pressing the bar overhead. After completing the designated thruster reps for that round, the athlete will move to the toes to bar/hanging leg raises. For toes to bar, the rep starts with the athlete hanging from the pull-up bar. The athlete must break the plane of the rig uprights with their feet on the back swing of each rep before bringing their toes to the bar touching the bar with both feet at the same time to complete the rep. For hanging leg raises the athletes’ feet must break the height of the hip crease at the same time. The legs do not need to be straight during this movement. Athlete one continues in this manner of Thrusters and T2B/HLR until all rounds are completed of each movement. After athlete one completes their reps, Athlete two will complete their reps. They must complete all Thrusters before completing all Toes to bar/Hanging leg raises. Once the second athlete is done with their part, time will be called. If the team finishes before the time cap they will rest until Part B begins.
Score - The score is Total Time it takes for both athletes to finish their parts. If the team fails to complete both parts in the 10 minute time cap then total reps will be their score.
-after the 10:00 CAP teams will go directly into PART B-
5:00 for both athletes to establish their 3 Rep Max Thruster
Flow/Standards - Athletes can start loading their bar once both athletes are done with Event 2A. Athletes may not lift until the 10:00 time cap of Event 2A. Only one athlete may lift at a time. Athletes must declare their weights. Athletes must have clips on the bar for lift to count. If the athlete begins the lift before the 5 minute time cap then they can complete the lift after the time cap hits. Same standards described in 2A for Thrusters will be applied here.
Score - The score is the total combined weight of both athletes.

Flow/Standards - On 3,2,1, GO both athletes will begin jump roping at the same time. One athlete will be counted, but both athletes must be jumping in order for reps to be counted. Your team picks which athlete you’d like for the judge to count. If the athlete that is not being counted by the judge trips they must start back jumping before the judge will resume counting their teammates reps. At no point do both athletes have to stop jumping. After the jump ropes are completed, the athletes will move to the wall walks where one athlete will work at a time. The athlete will begin with their chest and thighs on the floor and a portion of each hand on their designated start line. The athletes’ hands may not leave this start line until both feet are in contact with the wall. Once both feet are on the wall the athlete will start walking their hands back to their division's “wall line”. A portion of both hands must touch this line, and both hands must be on the line together at some point before the athlete may begin walking their hands back to the starting line. The feet must stay on the wall until both hands are back touching the starting line. The rep is good when the athlete's hands are on the starting line and their chest and thighs are on the ground. After all the wall walk reps are completed, the athletes will begin their dumbbell walking lunges. One athlete will be working at a time. Athlete’s can trade off after any successful 5ft section. The lunges begin with an athlete holding both dumbbells, and their feet behind a 5ft section tape line. The athletes can hold the dumbbells either on their shoulders or by their sides. Either way they hold the dumbbells, both hands must be on the handles at all times. Once the dumbbells are in their desired position, the athlete will lunge forward touching their back knee to the ground. The athlete will then stand up with their front leg coming to full extension and their trail leg coming through to perform the next lunge. If the athlete fails to reach full extension on their front leg before trail leg comes forward they will have to go back to the last completed section. If the athlete shuffles their feet forward between lunge steps they will have to go back to the last completed section. Also if the hands come off the dumbbells at any point during the lunge the athlete will have to go back to the last successfully completed section. Once all 100ft are completed the athletes will move back to their rope and begin the next round. The team will continue in this manner until all 4 rounds are completed or the 12:00 cap is reached.
Score - The team's score is the TIME it takes to complete all 4 rounds. If a team fails to complete all 4 rounds in the 12 minute time cap their score will be total reps completed. (5ft = 1 rep for lunges).
