About This Competition

Join us for the AppleTown Throwdown No.8. The AppleTown Throwdown is an annual competition held at CrossFit Change in Cornelia Georgia. We offer partner and individual WODs in our 10,000 square foot facility.

Individual and Teams Divisions: Rxd, Intermediate and Beginner
Teams are Male/Male or Female/Female

Cash Prizes for Individual Rxd Division:  Prize amount will increase as more competitors sign up.  Amounts TBA

Prize packet for other team division podium winners.
