On a Running Clock,

40/30 Cal Bike

Run 2x around Football Field

Max Swim in remaining time

Time cap: 12 minutes

Team Elite and Open

On a Running Clock,

M on Bike / F Run 1 round

F on Bike / M Run 1 round

Target Calories: 80 cals (Elite), 60 cals (Open)

then, Max Relay Swim in Remaining time

Time cap: 12 minutes

EVENT 2 - BEAUTIFUL BEAST

Individual Elite and Open (Men & Women)

On a 12mins running Clock, to complete 80m Yoke Carry.

Every time the time reset, perform 1 round of:

10 Burpee over D-Ball (60/40lbs)

10 D-Ball to Shoulder

Time caps by round: 2 | 2 | 2 | 3 min. (1-min. reset)

Team Elite and Open

On a 12mins running Clock, to complete 160m Yoke Carry.

**80m Yoke carry for the men, followed by 80m Yoke carry for the women

Every time the time reset, perform 1 round of:

15 Synchro Burpee over D-Ball (60/40lbs)

15 Synchro D-ball to Shoulder

Time caps by round: 3 | 3 | 4 min. (1-min. reset)

EVENT 3 - SPEED SNATCH LADDER

Individual Elite and Open (Men & Women)

Before starting each ladder, complete 50 DUs / 50 SUs

Quarter-final) In 2min, complete 3-2-1 reps @ Weight 1-3

Semi-final) In 2min 30s, complete 3-2-1 reps @ Weight 4-6

Final) In 3min, complete 3-2-1 reps @ Weight 7-9
