Northern California Classic 2021 Online Qualifier
About This Competition
QUALIFIER DETAILS:
Individuals and teams vying to qualify for the 2021 NorCal Classic must complete the online workouts between January 8th and 17th.
Athletes have until the end of the qualifer to register for the event. Workouts will be released at 12:00 pm on January 8th.
Qualifying athletes and teams will be asked to submit 2 videos for verification. All penalties will be assessed according to the CF Open rules.

Individuals and teams will be completing DIFFERENT variations of the workouts.
No refunds for qualifier.

Version A: NorCal Classic Festival - May 21,22,23 ($200 entry)
In the event gatherings are allowed and there are no restrictions on size.
NCC will be an in person event for all divisions, celebrating health and fitness over 3 days in Sacramento.

In the event gatherings are allowed but limited to 100 or less, 3 separate venues will host each division final
Scaled: May 8th-9th - Iron Mile Fitness, Natomas CA
Masters: May 15th-16th - Anywherefit, Folsom CA
Elite: May 22-23rd - Human Improvement Project, Stockton CA

Version C: NCC Online Final - May 21,22,23 ($50 entry)
In the event gatherings are not allowed, qualifiers will compete in a 3 day online final. 2 workouts will be released at 12:00 am on Friday morning and must be video submitted by 11:59pm that night. The next 2 workouts will be released at 12:00am Saturday with the same restrictions. The final workouts will be released at 12:00am Sunday morning.

PRIZE PURSE:
Due to lack of certainty surrounding the conditions of the main event, acquiring sponsorship will continue to be a challenge in the months ahead. Therefore the prize purse listed for each of the Final Event versions is a BASELINE based solely on expected registrations. 80% of registration revenue will go towards prizes and 20% will go towards operation costs and non-profit donation.
If we are able to get any additional support from partners, the prize purse will happily increase.
