About This Competition
Welcome to the ESAC 2024! Prepare to test your limits and push past your boundaries in this high-octane competition where only the strongest will prevail. Athletes from all over the Eastern Shore will compete in a series of intense workouts designed to showcase strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit competitor or a rising star, this event will challenge you in new and exciting ways. Get ready to lift, jump, and grind your way to the top!
T-Shirt Deadline:
Athletes who register by October 1st will receive an official event t-shirt. If you register after this date, you can still compete, but a t-shirt will not be provided. Final registration is open until October 11th.
Parking:
Ample parking will be available along Windsor Dr. Please follow the signs to the designated parking areas. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot close to the entrance.
Refund Policy:
Please note that there are no refunds for this event. However, we do allow substitutions. If you are unable to compete, you may transfer your registration to another athlete. Substitutions must be made no later than one week before the competition. To process a substitution, the original registered athlete must notify the event organizers via email with the name and contact information of the substitute. The substitute must meet all competition requirements and categories.
FAQs:
When should I arrive? Athletes should arrive at 7:30am for check-in with all members in attendance.
Is there an age limit? Yes, participants must be 18 years or older to compete.
Can spectators attend? Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your friends and family to cheer you on.

Workouts
Each team must choose which athlete will perform each lift. The first athlete will havve 5 minutes to acheive a max shoulder press. Athlete 2 will have 5 minutes to establish a max back squat and athlete 3 will have 5 minutes to find a max deadlift.
Floater Workouts
One athlete for each station to acheive max calories or sled distance.
Sled push (90 seconds)
Echo Bike cals (90 seconds)
Ski for cals (90 seconds)

30 partner wallballs (14/20) (9/10)
30 dumbbell snatches (35/50)
Scaled: (10/14) and (20/35)
must have someone on the rower accumulating calories for reps to count
For Time (Cap: 13 Minutes)
30 pull-ups/jumping pull-ups
60 Hang Power Cleans (65/95 SC:55/75)
90 Bar facing Burpees
60 thrusters (95/65 lbs; 75/55 lbs)
30 toes to bar/ hanging knee raise
