Workouts will be completed on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Three weeks, three workouts to challenge your strength, endurance, and skills
Judging: Every athlete who registers (through Competition Corner and/or CF Games) will be assigned a judge to ensure fair scoring and help you perform your best!

This year, we’re adding a fun twist – it’s Coach Nat vs. Coach Vic! All registered athletes will be assigned to one of their teams. Over the three weeks, you’ll compete as part of your team, earning points and working together to win bragging rights for the year. The team with the most points at the end of the Open will crown their champion and enjoy the ultimate team bragging rights, plus some suprises!
🌟 Whether you’re a CrossFit veteran or a first-timer, these three weeks are all about pushing yourself, having fun, and being part of a community.

RULES
- Workouts will be ONE AND DONE, No Re-dos. Coaches/Staff will not be obligated to judge a second attempt. If you have a friend/member that agrees to judge your second attempt that is okay
- Every registered athlete on Competition Corner/CrossFit Website will have a judge assigned to them

*For those who are looking to qualify for Semifinals/Community Cup or would like their scores inputted on the CrossFit Open website you must register at open.crossfit.com for your scores to be valid/qualify for further CrossFit Events.

Workouts
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
♀ 35-lb (15-kg) dumbbell
♂ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbell
