2026 Apollo Games 15 – Halloween Havoc
About This Competition
Welcome to the 15th Annual Apollo Games!
Join us on Saturday, October 10th at CrossFit Apollo for a co-ed team competition featuring one male and one female athlete.
This year's theme is Apollo 15: Halloween Havoc.
Costumes Encouraged!
Halloween Havoc is all about great workouts, great competition, and having fun. Come dressed to impress because we'll be awarding a special prize for the Best Team Costume. Whether you're funny, creepy, creative, or completely over the top, we want to see it.
Divisions
We are offering three divisions:
- RX
- Scaled
- Beginner
One of the things we love most about the Apollo Games is giving athletes of all experience levels the opportunity to compete.
Our Beginner Division is designed for athletes who are newer to CrossFit or who have never competed before.
If your team is on the fence between RX and Scaled, we encourage you to challenge yourselves and compete in the RX division.
No matter which division you choose, our goal is to provide a fun, competitive, and supportive environment for everyone.
Registration
Registration is now live!
Space is limited, and once all team spots are filled, registration will close.
To guarantee your event shirt, register by September 19th. Athletes who register after September 19th will receive the default shirt size:
Male athletes: Unisex Large
Female athletes: Unisex Medium
Division Standards
RX
Teams should be able to perform multiple repetitions of the following movements and loads:
- Bench Press (athletes choose weight)
- Box Jump (24/20)
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- Clean
- Dumbbell Lunges (50/35)
- Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
- Front Squat – Female (115)
- Thruster – Male (115)
Scaled
Teams should be able to perform multiple repetitions of the following movements and loads:
- Bench Press (athletes choose weight)
- Box Jump or Step-up (24/20)
- Pull-ups
- Clean
- Dumbbell Lunges (35/25)
- Dumbbell Snatch (35/25)
- Front Squat – Female (95)
- Thruster – Male (95)
Beginner
Teams should be able to perform multiple repetitions of the following movements and loads:
- Bench Press (athletes choose weight)
- Box Jump or Step-up (24/20)
- Ring Rows
- Clean
- Dumbbell Lunges (25/15)
- Dumbbell Snatch (25/15)
- Front Squat – Female (45)
- Thruster – Male (45)
Important Information
- Bring plenty of water and snacks.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Partner substitutions must be made at least 3 days before the event. Shirt sizes cannot be changed after registration.
- Teams may change divisions up to 10 days before the competition.
